I gave the owners (two Dr's) over a month to respond to my daughter's letter and never heard back, therefore this review. It is truly a shame when the owners of this group wouldn't even respond to the letter my daughter sent to them when she was treated with such disrespect by a nurse in their Poughkeepsie office. She was in a lot of pain and made appt. to see her primary. When she got to her appt. she was told they couldn't see her for her pain, "Don't have enough time, Your appt is for a follow up" which is what the front desk erroneously wrote for her visit. My daughter is soft spoken and tried to explain why she was there, she was never there for a "follow up." Several times she tried only to be told "We don't have Time for this" The nurse did not offer any help with this mistake or show any compassion. The nurse showed such disregard, rudeness and mockery, so she left without even being seen by the Dr and the nurse mockingly said "Bye, Bye" when she left in tears. Believe me, we are not people to complain, but I know I won't return to this group either!

I have been with my primary care physician in the Bronx for over 15 years, due to me moving further north, I unfortunately had to leave her. I was referred to Dr. Butler by my neighbor, who has spoken so highly of her, so I decided to set up an appointment. I am so happy that I did. I did not have to wait long to be seen. While completing my new patient package, all my questions was answered. My first appointment went smoothly with Dr. Butler and the rest of the staff. She and the rest of the team was very attentive and professional. She called me for my follow-up as scheduled to discuss my blood results. she made me feel so comfortable. We visited for an annual physical check. Unlike previous doctors, she carefully checked us while spending a sufficient time. She asked right questions on the concern that we have, she heard us very well. Because this was the first time, we cannot comment on the details, but while considering our experience for the first visit, we think that she is a good doctor.

Dr. Kulkarni answers my questions and spends enough time with me.

Even though I am giving a five star review, which I whole heartedly; in the future, because I didn’t know the apparent severity of my review with your office and my overall experience, in the future, please do not send multiple requests multiple times over, it’s obscenely obnoxious, respectfully. But to reel it back in Dr. Butler is an amazing individual, woman, medical, professional, and role model. Not only is she restorative in the practice of physical medicine, but also, she has very tight knit. Intuitive conversations with her patients as if they were a family, at least from my experience. Truthfully, it allowed me to almost event unintentionally and express myself uncensored, especially because she was initially a stranger. I appreciate her, and I also appreciate, if I am not messing up her title, nursing assistant/nurse, DANIELLE. Not only was she very efficient, many nurses beforehand, and struggled to find my veins because they’re thin but what DANIELLE did was instead of taking the band off of my arm to draw the blood and she left the band on so that my vein in State pronounced in the blood flow. And that was the very first time that anyone had thought of that. No only that just so happen to live in adjacent cities right on top of each other. We don’t live there anymore. I believe we both live in the same city now a distance away; but overall, I am very impressed with the office in YouTube add in another fact, I had another appointment already said a month prior to with another office, but because I was in a rush at the time, I forgot to write down where the office is located and I couldn’t find it so the day of that I was supposed to have my appointment. I ended up just finding Dr. Butler on Zocdoc, and it turned out to be a blessing, humbly.

The first time we worked with Dr Chua was in a phone consult, and I knew I would refer him to family and friends. He is knowledgeable and kind and stepped in when our primary care physician was not available. Yesterday we were able to secure a video appointment. He is a very helpful doctor and set a plan for us to move forward with care. I am setting up appointments for both my son and husband to be under his care. Dr. Chua and I are new to one another and I’m pleased that he has accepted the request to be my primary care physician especially after being thrown in to a critical time of my health care.

First time meeting Dr Amarga as my primary was booked and I needed a sick visit. She was very nice and I didn’t feel rushed. Best part was that I was in and out in 15mins unlike my 2 hour urgent care visit last week which was a waste of time. I would ask for her again in the future but can’t really speak to her medical knowledge as I just needed antibiotics.

I liked the doctor. I had a good experience with all medical professionals. However, having to deal with the central service number to wait for call backs is miserable. Why can’t you provide #’s to the offices themselves? It wastes so much time.

Dr. Chua is very kind, knowledgeable and actually spends the time to listen to you. He’s very professional and it is obvious he cares about his patients

Very caring Dr.Not being my primary care dr and I needed to see my pcp by the end of day.Scheduled to have surgery on Monday.Received call from surgeon secretary that I need to see my pcp by today because pre-op labs came back abnormal and I need to start an antibiotic by today or I can’t go for surgery.My pcp refused to see me because he didn’t have openings but Dr Chua was willing to see me knowing my situation.
